Programs and Services

New Beginnings Clubs in both Chatham and Sarnia provide opportunities for members — regardless of abilities — to participate in whatever activities interest them, to whatever extent they’re able to.

Daily programming at both Clubs includes activities that are fun, but that help members to improve physically, mentally, emotionally, cognitively and more. This is achieved through a variety of arts and crafts, exercises, computer games, social activities and support groups.

Specific activities might include things such as: ceramics, stained glass, sewing, cooking class, Zumba, exercise and swim class, horse-back riding, computer skills, karaoke, and more.  (Activities vary at each Club, depending on member interests.) In addition, there are support groups for members and their family members/caregivers as required.
