Exercise is offered at both clubs in Chatham & Sarnia everyday in one type of class or another. It could be Zumba, balls & bands or FAME. Come one, come all! Everyone could use a little exercise!

On August 24th, Chatham and Sarnia Clubs are going to be meeting at Brander Park in Port Lambton. Pizza Birthday Party once every month, these occur on the last Friday of every month. We celebrate all the birthdays in that particular month with a huge cake and homemade Pizza!
